Travis Harris Surrendered Himself July 24, 2021

Accused murderer Travis Harris, 30, surrendered himself late last night at the Criminal Warrants Division.

Harris is charged with the July 10, 2018 fatal shooting of Quinton Brooks, 24, in a parking lot of the McFerrin Community Center on Grace Street and felon in possession of a handgun.
