The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Crowheart Energy, LLC (F030814, P0037323):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Crowheart Energy, LLC for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate two (2) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engines (ENG002, ENG005) at the High Point E4 17-1 SWD (salt water disposal) facility, located in the NW¼ NE¼ of Section 17, T19N, R92W, approximately thirty (30) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030814 and permit number P0037323 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Carbon County Library, Rawlins, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
