Ohio 529 Website Server Maintenance Set For May 16

Back To Blog

Due to scheduled server maintenance on Sunday, May 16, online account access on CollegeAdvantage.com, may not be available.

From midnight - 6 a.m. ET on Sunday, May 16, the Ohio 529 Plan login page will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance by Ascensus. Ascensus is the recordkeeping partner of Ohio's 529 Plan and hosts the online portal used to access CollegeAdvantage Direct Plan accounts. During this time, account owners will not have online access to their Ohio Direct 529 accounts. Full access to accounts will be available once this work is completed.

For more than 30 years, Ohio's 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage, has been helping families across the nation save for their children's higher education. Ohio's 529 Plan covers qualified costs at any four-year college or university, two-year community college, trade or vocational school, apprenticeship approved by the U.S. Labor Department, or certificate program nationwide that accepts federal financial aid.
