5 Creators You Should Know, Covering Fishkeeping, Family Meals and Upcycled Home Decor

Here are five talented voices we think you should know from our Creator Collective. As a quick refresher, we collaborate with original content creators through our Creator Collective program to bring you an expanded variety of sources on Flipboard. • Fishkeeping Wisdom: The niche nature of this content shows that there's something for everyone on Flipboard. This site is all about the care and keeping of aquatic pets. Creator Brett says he's been fishkeeping for nearly 20 years and has experience with marine animal husbandry in lab settings.

• My Money Chronicles: Jason Butler was once in over $72,000 of debt in student loans, credit cards, a car note, and more. He created MMC to chronicle his debt repayment journey, help people find ways to earn extra money, and offer support to others contending with money woes. He also has a goal of attending a game in every MLB stadium (he's been to 22 so far!).

• On My Kids Plate: After one too many battles at the dinner table, Kristy Richardson started a blog devoted to family meals. Tasty and nutritious are constants for the recipes here. Beyond that, On My Kids Plate wants to serve support and new ideas in the battle against picky eaters.

• Petticoat Junktion: Kathy Owen thrives in thrift stores, junk shops and flea markets. In 2011, she parlayed her love of castoffs into a home décor blog focused on repurposing and upcycling furniture, old hardware, rusty stuff, and jewelry. Kathy's projects have been featured on the Home Depot Blog, Plaid Crafts, Behr Designer Series, and in numerous magazines.
