Ambassador Tigran Galstyan had a meeting with the Secretary of State for Religious Affairs within the Government of Romania, Ciprian-Vasile Olinici

On April 16, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Romania, Tigran Galstyan, had a meeting with the Secretary of State for Religious Affairs within the Government of Romania, Ciprian-Vasile Olinici.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the undeniable contribution of the Romanian-Armenians to the social and political life of Romania, ideas were also exchanged on the possibilities of the full realization of the community's potential.

A wide range of the spiritual-educational and socio-cultural issues of the Armenian community, as well as the preservation and popularization of Armenian churches in Romania were addressed.

In this regard, the importance of the interchurch cooperation in the strengthening of the historical bonds of friendship between the Armenian and Romanian peoples was highlighted by both sides.

The interlocutors expressed a willingness for further possible cooperation aimed at preservation and promotion of the common Armenian-Romanian spiritual and cultural heritage.
