Volkswagen AG confirms partnership with Software AG: ARIS strengthens group-wide transformation for another five years

Darmstadt, Germany - March 21, 2024: With the use of ARIS, Volkswagen AG is able to make processes within the entire organization transparent across departments and companies, evaluate them and design them - and thus further accelerate the pace of transformation. ARIS not only maps processes, but also shows relationships and correlations between a wide variety of processes, thus helping companies to improve operational efficiency. In the case of Volkswagen, the various subsidiaries and departments will therefore benefit even more in future from synergies between shared core processes that can be analyzed and optimized in real time.

Volkswagen AG reaffirms its commitment to ARIS by entering into a strategic 5-year contract for ARIS Business Process Management. ARIS remains the corporate standard for Business Process Management at Volkswagen, continuing to play a central role as a process-oriented Enterprise Management System within the transformation framework.

The group, with its multitude of brands, subsidiaries, and departments, as well as its over 670,000 employees, particularly benefits from the flexibility of the ARIS Suite. It can be tailored to the specific requirements of each department, including individualized user interfaces, language preferences, or process variations.
