Accident to the Robin DR 400 registered F-GXYZ on 10/04/2022 at St-Brieuc

Stall during initial climb, collision with ground, during cost-shared flight

Investigation progression Closed
Progress: 100%

During a cost-shared flight between the pilot and two passengers, it is probable that the pilot kept the aeroplane on the back side of the power curve during the initial climb. The aeroplane then stalled, possibly after the after take-off actions, and in particular following the retraction of the flaps. The investigation was unable to determine how the pilot reacted to this stall.
