Request for Proposals (RFP) 2024-1000-0252 As Needed Document Scanning Services

PURPOSE:
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Recorder's Office, is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide As Needed Document Scanning Services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet this minimum requirement:

  • Ten years of experience performing document scanning services.

Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirement above. Offerors that fail to identify in their proposals how they meet the minimum requirement will be deemed non-responsive.

ADA: The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the DNR Procurement Section via; email to [email protected]; telephone at 1 (907) 269-8665; or TTY/TDD at 711 (Alaska Relay) not later than 10 calendar days prior to the RFP closing date to make necessary arrangements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website, you must register with the DNR Procurement Section to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to [email protected]. Failure to register with the DNR Procurement Section may result in rejection of your offer.
