SpartanNash Concludes Special Olympics In-Store Fundraiser

SpartanNash's annual in-store foundation for Special Olympics, which ran March 20-April 6, collected $240,000 from community members and the SpartanNash Foundation.

Donations support Special Olympics athletes in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Funds raised in each state go to the corresponding local Special Olympics affiliate.

"We are proud to celebrate four decades of partnership with the Special Olympics and the change this organization is making on a local and national scale," said Adrienne Chance, SpartanNash's SVP of communications and the SpartanNash Foundation's executive director.
