Council launches brand new My Account service

Residents in Ceredigion can now access a personalised dashboard of information following the launch of My Account.

Ceredigion County Council has launched a brand new online customer account service for residents with the aim of ensuring they can access services as quickly and simply as possible.

My Account, which is accessible from a phone, tablet or computer will allow residents to make enquiries and track a variety of Council services.

By registering for My Account, you will be able to:
• make enquiries and track their progress
• log any issues with highways such as potholes, overhanging trees and street lights
• log any issues with public rights of way, such as a broken stile or missing signs
• see when your next waste collections is due
• download a copy of the waste collection calendar for 2024
• see who is your local Councillor
• sign up for newsletters and consultations

More services will be added in the near future, so now is the perfect time to register for My Account and keep an eye on the platform for further features.

Councillor Catrin M S Davies, Ceredigion County Council Cabinet Member responsible for Customer Services said: "My Account is designed to help Ceredigion residents access support and to know about the latest news which affect their areas. We know that many people prefer in-person or over the phone contact, and they will still be available for those residents."
