Appeal to Help Locate Man Wanted in Connection with Fraud, Keighley

Police in Bradford are appealing for information to help locate Brian Billy Monks, aged 43, from Keighley who is wanted in connection with a fraud offence against a vulnerable victim which took place in June last year.
