Today Extreme announced the winners of the 2024 X-Factor Customer Awards at Extreme Connect 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas. The award recognizes Extreme's most innovative customers, highlighting how they have used Extreme's solutions to find new ways to deliver better business outcomes for their organizations. This year's award nominees were evaluated and selected by Extreme Networks employees based on three areas of measure: innovation, demonstrated value, and unique problem-solving. They are perfect examples of "New Ways, Better Outcomes."

Kroger

Kroger is one of the largest retailers in the United States, operating 2,750 grocery stores across the country, serving nearly 11 million customers every day. Kroger trusts Extreme for cloud-managed networking and AIOps as it builds the "store of the future."

Texas Tech University

Texas Tech University recently celebrated its centennial and is a nationally renowned institution with more than 40,000 enrolled students, making it one of the largest universities in the state. Texas Tech is building a learning experience of the future on an Extreme foundation.
