Crowe announces Angelica Macedon-Tisdale as its next CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow

CHICAGO (Dec. 5,2023) - Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consultingand technology firm, announced today that Angelica Macedon-Tisdale will representthe firm onthe CEO Action for Racial Equity (CEOARE) Fellowship, one of the largest business-led initiatives focused on advancing racial equity through public policy at the federal, stateand local levels. The CEOARE Fellowship unites talent from more than 100 organizations, including Crowe, and provides an established infrastructure and expansive resources for corporate America to engage with societal issues. Partnering with nonprofit organizations, academics, community leaders and decision-makers, Fellows work alongside business leaders from across industries and regions to address societal systemic racism and social injustice while improving societal well-being.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Macedon-Tisdale has worked to foster an inclusive workplace and promote DEI within Crowe and her community. She currently serves as the regional office management leader for all of Crowe's California and Colorado offices and as the office manager for the San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento offices. Macedon-Tisdale has showcased her dedication to DEI through her involvement in many of the firm's business resource groups and as chair of the Global Services DEI Council. As co-chair of the firm's Enterprise DEI Council, she is also overseeing specific strategies and initiatives to advance Crowe's DEI agenda across all the firm's enterprise business units.
