CA Fastigheter successfully issues senior unsecured green bonds of SEK 500 million

CA Fastigheter Aktiebolag (publ) ("CA Fastigheter") announces today that it has successfully placed new senior unsecured green bonds (the "New Bonds" and the "Bond Issue", respectively) in an amount of SEK 500 million.

The Bond Issue comprises SEK 500 million senior unsecured green bonds issued with a tenor of three years and will carry a floating interest of STIBOR 3m plus 225 basis points per annum. The settlement date of the Bond Issue is expected to occur on 28 mars 2024. The Bond Issue saw strong demand from a broad base of Nordic institutional investors. CA Fastigheter intends to apply for admission to trading of the New Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Bond Issue. Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal advisor.
