DVSA Freedom of Information (FOI) disclosure logs, 2023

These monthly logs show FOI requests that DVSA responded to each month.

The logs show FOI requests that were either:

• fully successful - where DVSA supplied all the information that was asked for
• partially successful - where DVSA could only supply part of the information that was asked for

The logs do not show FOI requests where:

• DVSA did not hold any of the information that was asked for
• it would have cost too much or taken too much staff time to deal with the request
• the request was vexatious
• the request repeated a previous request from the same person
• the information that was asked for was exempt from the Freedom of Information Act

Request a copy of a response

DVSA holds copies of responses for 2 years from the date they are sent.

Email DVSA if you want a copy of a response. You need to give the reference number of the request.
