Appeal: Shop Robbery, Luddendenfoot, Calderdale

Police are appealing for witnesses following a shop robbery in Luddendenfoot.

Calderdale District CID would like to speak to anyone who can assist enquires as officers continue to investigate a robbery at the Morrisons Daily Store at Kershaw Crescent on Sunday January 28.

The offence took place between 6.10pm and 6.15pm after a suspect threatened staff at knifepoint for the contents of the cash till.

He made off with cash and was last seen on camera running down the lower road of Kershaw Crescent towards the grass banking and steps which lead to Luddenden Lane.

Staff were left unhurt but shaken.

Anyone who was in the area at the time, who may have witnessed any suspicious activity or anyone with CCTV / dashcam footage from Luddendenfoot during the times the offence occurred in is asked to contact PC Quinn via the 101 chat function on the website or by calling 101, using the reference number 13240051867.
