Netflix Acquires The Roald Dahl Story Company
Skadden advised Netflix, Inc. on its acquisition of The Roald Dahl Story Company Limited, which manages the literary works, copyrights and trademarks of author Roald Dahl. This is Netflix's largest acquisition to date.
