The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing person.
Howard, 61, was last seen on Monday, March 25, 2024, at approximately 1 p.m., in the Crow Trail and Neilson Road area.
Howard is described as thin with short black hair. Howard was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweater, dark gray pants and black running shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
