Officers Recovered 26 Grams of Fentanyl After a Search Warrant in Dorchester

At about 12:23 PM, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, members of the city-wide Drug Control Unit, and C-6 (South Boston) Drug Control Unit, arrested Harles Peguero-Martinez, 26, of Dorchester, on drug trafficking charges.

Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of an arrest warrant and search warrant in the area of 143 Intervale Street. As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered $5,306 in US currency, and approximately 26 grams of Fentanyl.

Peguero-Martinez was placed under arrest and charged with trafficking of class A, and a warrant for distribution of class A. He is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
