Miron Construction named with Excellence in Partnership Award and Emerging Leader Giving Award for 2022 United Way Fox Cities campaign

Miron Construction Co., Inc. has once again surpassed its United Way combined corporate and employee campaign goal. Miron employees far exceeded expectations and the organization raised more than $665,000 during the 2022 campaign, an increase of $80,000 from 2021. Because of this, United Way Fox Cities has named Miron as the "Emerging Leader Giving Award" winner and "Excellence in Partnership Award" for in-kind work provided for the Kimberly-Clark Diaper Bank construction project.

"Miron Construction is an outstanding partner of United Way Fox Cities, and again recognized as our Fourth Most Generous Workplace for the 2022 campaign," said Josh Kilgas, vice president, resource development for United Way Fox Cities. "This year we recognized support above and beyond their already incredible financial investment with the Excellence in Partnership Award. Last year, Miron partnered with The Boldt Company to upgrade the United Way Fox Cities Hub, home of the Kimberly-Clark Diaper Bank. This facility will help United Way engage our community in our work and provide diapers to babies in need. We are incredibly grateful for the support of Miron Construction."

"Team Miron's ability to rally together in support of their communities will always amaze me," said David G. Voss, Jr., president and CEO of Miron Construction. "Regardless of what is going on in the world, our team has remained dedicated to ensuring the communities in which we work and live have the means necessary for everyone to thrive."

Miron's collective commitment to strengthening communities is apparent in its employees' ongoing donation of time, talent, and treasure. Each year, they make a significant impact on the programs and services supported by United Way throughout each of the communities in which Miron offices are located, including the Fox Cities, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Wausau, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as well as Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This past year, Miron's Wausau office received the "LIVE UNITED Award" from United Way of Marathon County for their year-round support and commitment to United Way.
