TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - NB I-295 to Close for Several Nights
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) advises motorists that there will be a right lane closure on northbound I-295 between Airport Road and Rt. 13 Wednesday and Thursday, March 20th and 21st. The work will be done between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am both nights.
Monday through Thursday, March 25th to the 28th, there will be alternating single lane closures 9:00 pm to 5:00 am each night with the full closure of northbound I-295 from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am each night along northbound I-295 from Airport Road to Rt 13.
A detour for the full closure will be posted.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
