ANNAPOLIS, MD-Governor Larry Hogan today visited the mass vaccination site in Baltimore County located at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. The governor was joined by Brigadier General Janeen Birckhead and Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski, Jr.

The Maryland State Fairgrounds became one of the state's first mass testing sites last spring. This winter, the site pivoted to provide COVID-19 vaccinations and has the capacity to administer 5,000 doses per day.

Last week, the governor announced all of the locations for the mass vaccination sites that are opening in the month of April. There are currently 12 mass vaccination sites available for pre-registration for all Marylanders age 16 and older.
