Final assembly of port cranes in the United States

MITSUI E&S Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takeyuki Takahashi; hereinafter "MITSUI E&S"), our subsidiary　company in the United States, PACECO Corp.
(Headquarters:　California, U.S., President: Kazuhiro Yamakaji; hereinafter "PACECO") and Brookfield (Headquarters: Toronto, Canada; CEO: Bruce Flatt; hereinafter "Brookfield") are working together as partners to reestablish final assembly of port cranes in California, the United States.

PACECO will bring final assembly of port cranes back to the United States for the first time since 1989 and it is expected to contribute to securing the safety of U.S. port infrastructure.
