Garage and Yard Sale Regulations Reminder

Garage, yard, or occasional sales on private property are allowed without a permit and are limited to two per calendar year for a period of no more than three consecutive days per occurrence. Signs used for these sales may only be posted on private property. All signs posted in the public right-of-way, or on utility poles, traffic signal poles, and traffic signs will be removed and disposed of.
