Tourists can check the schedule and buy tickets through the official WeChat mini program "Beijing's Tongzhou Grand Canal Scenic Area" (北京通州大运河文化旅游景区) or its official accounts on Douyin, Meituan, Ctrip and other platforms. Starting this year's Labor Day holiday, the night cruises on the canal will be operated regularly.

In addition, the Imperial River Cruise has officially set sail. Its route covers three docks: Beijing Zoo Wharf (departure station), Ziyu Bay Wharf, and Nan Ruyi Wharf (terminal station) of the Summer Palace, passing through scenic spots such as Zizhuyuan Park and Wanshou Temple.

In addition to enjoying spring scenery by boat, strolling on a boardwalk to appreciate a sea of flowers is also a great choice. In this season, various mountain flowers bloom one after another at the foot of the Juyong Pass Great Wall. The Juyong Pass Flower Sea Boardwalk is open to the public from 8:00 to 17:00 daily from March 23 to April 21.

You can also take Beijing's suburban railway line S2 to travel through the sea of flowers on a romantic spring journey.
